Merger UNOO with the Global Leaders Academy
From 2010-2017 I’ve been working from UNOO: UNOO exists to help you to unleash your full potential to create non-linear meaningful results. We engage in personal, corporate and societal transformations. We co-create and partner in the shaping of organizations and systems that set an accelerating example in the global rise of human dignity in combination with economical and ecological sustainability.
We’ve done that for organisations like Triodos Bank, FMO, Philips, ABN AMRO, De Belastingdienst, Healthcare institutions, Universities and many, many more. We’ve applied the U proces in strategy assignments, team development, leadership programs and executive coaching and reached remarkable results together with our clients. We’ve had a good time.
But I’m happy to announce that from January 1, 2018 we’ve merged our activities with the Global Leaders Academy in London: http://globalleadersacademy.com. This brings a new network of (international) colleagues, clients and friends. The past 2 years I’ve been working with them intensely and now it’s time to formalise our relationship. I will continue working from the Netherlands and spend a week a month approximately in the UK.
One of our Global Leaders Academy initiatives is to bring CEO’s together in learning circles:
We believe the circle to be the root of all cultures, a tradition that can take us from the campfire to the future. The circle facilitates a level of conversation that allows groups of people to accomplish goals through an integrated experience of heart and mind. The thread that goes through all our GLA activities is a belief in the power of conversations to bring people into communities of respect and shared purpose.
Ours is a process of continuous co-creation, and ongoing collaboration to raise consciousness across four connected learning domains – personal, interpersonal, organisational and global. This approach enriches members’ own lives as well as the lives of those within the systems they touch, to make a positive difference and impact in the world.
